A Very Important Message About WM Change

Beginning with this current 2012 issue, we have decided to suspend regular quarterly printed issues of WM in favor of one annual edition. Thus, the next printed issue of Writer's Magazette is scheduled for January 2013.

We opted for this annual change to allow you to continue to send articles, viewpoints, news items and, especially, your answers to our "10 Questions" that seems to have captured a great deal of interest for both writers and WM readers.

This online version's "Current Issue" will also now be shown as yearly instead of quarterly. However, we have included an "Updates" page link (in the navigation bar) where new submissions will be listed on a weekly basis. (All accepted submissions will then be considered for inclusion in our next annual online and printed edition.)

Also, each January, our judges will choose the best article or the best "10 Questions" answers and photo, based on the quality of answers and photo submitted. The winner will  be chosen from submissions from February 1 to December 1. Our judges will pick one author to be our "WM Cover Writer of The Year"and the writer will be awarded a $50 prize, plus publication in our printed magazine. Our first winner's photo will be shown on the front cover of our 2013 issue in January.

We hope this new change meets with your approval. In some ways, it is better because now you can submit your answers to our "10 Questions" or send your comments, viewpoints, articles, or news items any time between February 1 and December 1 and, if accepted, you can view your submission on our "Updates" page in a matter of days rather than having to wait three months or more to see your name in print. And, of course, there is also now the $50 annual prize for our "WM Cover Writer of The Year" to consider. So keep sending us those submissions!

Well, that's it for now. Take care, and don't forget to be kind to one another this year. Your simple act of kindness may help change the world.

In fact, this entire site is set up to be very user-friendly. If you want to return to the WM Home Page, simply click anywhere inside the Writer's Magazette top title.

One More Secret: There are many pages on this site not listed on the top navigation bar. So be sure to click the page arrow ↔ indicator to its end to view every page on this website. Lots of gems!
